Why Ariana Grande Thinks Critics Didn't Understand 'Sweetener'

The first episode of Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman Diaries docuseries is out on YouTube, allowing fans to go behind-the-scenes of making her album, Sweetener.

While critics have praised Ariana’s bravery for stepping into new sonic territory with this record it was actually an effortless change for her.

In a clip from the show she explains, "As an artist I want to love each project I work on in their own special way, but this feels like the most me an album’s ever felt. It feels super close to home. A lot of people asked me 'How does it feel stepping out of your comfort zone?' And I feel like I found my comfort zone."
