It’s almost time for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and Tanya’s got the lowdown on supermodel and five-time Angel Shanina Shaik’s diet and workout to prep for the event.
The 27-year-old model doesn’t mess around when it comes to getting in shape for the catwalk. In terms of workouts, she does two-a-days (!!) and opts for pilates and dance cardio.
So how strict is her diet? Strict! She also eats the same thing everyday …
Pre-breakfast: Hot water and lemon
Breakfast: Two boiled eggs with avocado or smoked salmon or a green plant-based juice
Lunch: Usually one of the breakfast options
Dinner: Steamed or boiled fish with steamed vegetables or a vegetable stir-fry, sometimes adding in lean protein
Drinks: Hot water with lemon or a black coffee for an energy hit
