“We have been taught from the time that we’re young to put everybody else first,” Saujani shared with Huffington at the time. “One of my best friends told me, ‘Every new mom gets to pick one thing and make sure you pick it and stick with it,” she explained, “Because everybody else will eat up all your time.’”

Author Malcolm Gladwell also sets boundaries and restrictions when it comes to balanxing work and life. The writer never schedules meetings in the mornings and only checks his email every 24 hours!
