There’s a new man in Tanya Rad’s apartment complex — but no, she’s not interested. And you wanna know why? Because she can’t stand the nickname he gave her 😂
“He’s new in the building and we were riding up in the elevator together and he knows one of our coworkers that lives in the building as well … and he said ‘Oh, you work at iHeartRadio too?’ And I said ‘Yes, I do, my name is Tanya, nice to meet you blah blah blah’ so we introduced ourselves to each other and now every time I see him, if I see him walking or walking out of the garage or walking down the street, he goes, ‘Hey, iHeartRadio! Hey, iHeartRadio! Hey, iHeartRadio!’”
Ryan jokingly said that it’s “great promotion” considering she works for iHeartRadio and has a People’s Choice-nominated podcast.
“I have a name!,” Tanya explained why she’s annoyed by it. “Like ‘Hey, Tanya, how’s it going, Tanya?… I don’t like the nickname iHeartRadio!”
Sisanie added that obviously this new guy is flirting and that Tanya should embrace it.
“I love it when someone calls me a nickname,” Ryan added. ‘I think it’s a term of endearment … matter of fact, I was called a lot of things in high school … it gave me a thick skin.”
