Squeal! Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have seemingly adopted a tiny pet pig. The couple shared pics of themselves cuddling with the animal on Instagram over the weekend. Davidson also got a new tattoo in honor of their pig, whose name appears to be “Piggy Smalls.”
NYC-based tattoo artist Mira Mariah (@girlknewyork) posted a photo of her and Davidson's latest tattoo session, revealing the fresh ink and Pig’s name.
Piggy Smalls joins the couple amid Ariana mourning the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller. The rapper died at the age of 26 on September 7 of apparent overdose. In an emotional Instagram tribute on Friday, September 14, Ari said goodbye to her ex.
"i adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will," she captioned a video of him smiling. "i can't believe you aren't here anymore. i really can't wrap my head around it. we talked about this. so many times. i'm so mad, i'm so sad i don't know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i'm so sorry i couldn't fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you're okay now. rest."
Following Mac’s death, internet trolls attacked Ariana, blaming their breakup for Mac’s demons. His friend Shane Powers has since defended the songstress, revealing that Ari was "an unbelievably stabilizing force" in the rapper's life.
"There could not have been anybody more supportive of him being sober than Ariana," Powers said. "This little girl was unbelievably involved and helpful to him being healthy."
