Lady Gaga’s new movie A Star is Born, directed by Bradley Cooper premiered at the Venice International Film Festival last week and those in attendance started spreading the word that another major pop star also appears in the film, Halsey.
Once word got around Halsey confirmed the role on Twitter calling it an “all time life highlight.”
Adding: “I play myself for a brief moment, which is insane because it means Gaga and Bradley saw me worthy of representing the current state of music. They could have picked any artist. It was so humbling and unreal.”
A Star is Born is out October 5th.
