Is Kobe Bryant returning from retirement? That’s what Shaq says! TMZ caught the basketball legend leaving the Folds of Honor Foundation, which provides scholarships to spouses and children of U.S. military personnel who've been killed or wounded in action, and he divulged that Kobe is reportedly coming back!
So, we had to know, is this true? Ryan got Evan from TMZ Sports on the phone this morning and he shared that it’s possible, but, in his opinion, not likely.
“Here’s what we know so far: We know that Kobe has been at least keeping himself in shape,” Evan shared. “He’s been playing basketball — he’s bigger than he was during his playing days, but he could get in there and play if he really wanted to.”
“Shaq says he knows something we don’t know, that [Kobe’s] going to get back in there and play,” Evan continued, adding that he doesn’t see Kobe wanting to play “second fiddle” to anyone though, especially LeBron James.
