Kim Kardashian wins best sister award. The KKW Beauty founder jokingly made sister Khloé Kardashian’s boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, unblock her on Instagram during Khloé’s birthday celebration on Wednesday, June 27.
Tristan blocked Kim after she publicly defended Khloé during numerous television interviews after the NBA star cheated on her days leading up to the birth of their first child, True.
“All right, guys. So, what do you think? It’s Khloé’s birthday. Do you think I should ask this guy to unblock me?” Kim said in a series of hilarious videos shared on her Instagram Story while sitting next to Thompson in Khloé’s backyard surrounded by friends and family.
“For Khloé’s birthday, I think it’s only right. I got you,” Tristan said. Khloé then added “do it right now.”
The best part?
While Tristan was taking out his phone to unblock Kim, she jokingly asked for his passcode.
“[Khloé] knows it,” he responded before opening Instagram and going to unblock Kim’s profile. “There’s no going back now.”
While unblocking Kim, the reality star noticed that Tristan had also blocked Khloé’s BFFs Malika and Khadijah Haqq.
“Wait, you guys! Did you know he blocked you also?” she asked the twins, who were also in attendance at the party.
Since the cheating scandal, Khloé and Tristan have been working on their relationship. After being slammed by a fan on Twitter for staying with the athlete, Khloé defended herself.
“You have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist,” she wrote earlier this week. “I’m proud of my strength. I appreciate your opinion and I hope you hold that same opinion to everyone else who has stayed in situations.”
The couple are parents to 2-month-old daughter True.
