Selena Gomez returned from her European getaway to make a special appearance at Children's Hospital Orange County's oncology prom event on Saturday, June 23. The “Wolves” singer attended the annual event, which supports teens and young adults who are cancer survivors, as well as those currently undergoing treatment, along with stars including Grey's Anatomy’s Sarah Drew, James Pickens Jr., Caterina Scorsone, Kevin McKidd and Jack Black.
The 25-year-old, who underwent an emergency kidney transplant in 2017, posed for pics with patients and fans and looked adorable in a polka dot printed dress with red lipstick.
Jack Black took a moment to teach kids dance moves, joking: "I just wanted to make sure you guys had the latest dance moves … I wanted to teach you a couple because that's the most important thing at a prom, is that you have the latest."
Our very own Tanya Rad also attended the prom in part with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. Ryan Seacrest also had suits from Ryan Seacrest Distinction donated to patients as well as Polished skin care kits, while the female attendees got their hair and makeup done by a glam squad.
