Like a lot of bands Panic! at the Disco is a bit superstitious about hitting the stage and has a few pre-show rituals to calm their nerves.
But they actually admittedly stole one from another band, The Foo Fighters.
Frontman Brendon Urie explains he learned straight from Dave Grohl that ‘The Fighters’ do a single shot of liquor before each show.
Since he’s a devout Foo Fighters fan, Panic! adopted it for themselves.
But Panic at the Disco does have another ritual all their own. Exchanging high fives in a very specific order.
Chances are they’ll be doing both rituals before they hit the stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival going down September 21st and 22nd.
