Sophie Turner's New Tattoo May Have Just Spoiled the Ending of “GoT"

posted by Sierra Marquina -

Sophie Turner may have just spoiled the entire ending of Game of Thrones. The GoT actress got a new tattoo on her arm and according to some Game of Thrones’ fans, it’s a tell-tale sign of how the hit HBO series will end.

If you aren’t afraid of potential spoilers, read/scroll on!

“First tattoo back home! Thank you so much for getting this from me @sophiet ! 🐺 bad ass !” tattoo artist Lauren Winzer commented on a photo of Turner’s fresh ink.

The tattoo is of a wolf with the words “the pack survives.”

Fans naturally went wild in the comments, pointing out that the tattoo is a reference to a quote by Sansa's father Ned Stark in season 1, who said, "the lone wolf dies but the pack survives.”

“Omg I’m shook,” one person commented, while another added “the Starks survive?!”

We don’t know too much about season 8 of GoT aside from the fact that it will indeed be the last and final season.

In June 2016, HBO programming president Casey Bloys announced season 8 would be Game of Thrones' last. "[The showrunners] have a very specific plan about the number of seasons they want to do," he said at the time. "If I could get them to do more I would take 10 more seasons. But we take their lead on what they [need] to make the best version of their show."

The episodes will also be longer — as in feature length 80 minutes or longer and there will only be six of them.

Season 8 premieres in April 2019.
