Just days after going Instagram official, Pete Davidson got two new tattoos in honor of girlfriend Ariana Grande. The SNL funnyman got her initials tattooed on his thumb and also her signature bunny ears on the side of his neck.
Tattoo artist London Reese posted the images of the fresh ink on Instagram on Saturday, June 2, hours ahead of Grande’s iHeartRadio 2018 Wango Tango performance at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
The duo made headlines earlier this week after confirming their relationship via social media.
“The chamber of secrets has been opened …,” Davidson captioned a photo of him and Grande, both 24, dressed in matching Harry Potter robes. In the pic, Davidson can be seen wearing a Gryffindor sweater while Grande dons a Slytherin one.
Grande commented on the post "u tryna slytherin (I'm deleting my account now)."
The couple have already had to defend themselves. The “No Tears Left to Cry” songstress took to social media to comment on her recent split from Mac Miller following his DUI arrest after she was slammed by a commenter on social media who wrote that Miller found himself in legal trouble because of their failed romance.
Meanwhile, Davidson fought back against haters who argued that Grande shouldn’t date Davidson because of his battle with borderline personality disorder.
“Normally i wouldn’t comment on something like this cause like f--k you. but i been hearing a lot of ‘people with bpd can’t be in relationships’ talk,” he shared on social media at the time. “I just wanna let you know that’s not true. just because someone has a mental illness does not mean they can’t be happy and in a relationship. it also doesn’t mean that person makes the relationship toxic.”
He continued: “Everybody is different and there are a lot of treatments for mental illnesses and I have done/am doing all of them. And I encourage those who struggle to seek help as well it has changed my life for the better.”
His ex-girlfriend Cazzie David also hilariously trolled the new couple, posting a photo of herself from a safari trip with the caption: "Been in Africa, what’d I miss ??"
