Charlie Puth’s new album Voicenotes finally here and to say it’s getting glowing reviews would be putting it lightly.
It pushes him into new territory sonically, though some the lyrics still seem to hint at past high-profile relationships with the likes of Selena Gomez, Lea Michelle and Bella Thorne.
But don’t expect him to ever kiss and tell about who his songs are specifically about.
"I'm not here to talk about my dating life," he tells USA Today. "I’ve made mistakes in the past and that's all I'll say. I've been with some amazing women, and they've inspired me and made me a better man. This album is just about my life and how it relates to other people. I'm not here to bash anybody or make people like, 'Ooh, who'd he write that about?'"
