Hold the phone! Ryan Seacrest completely crushed the lyric while singing onstage with Lionel Richie during Sunday night’s episode of American Idol. Ryan joined contestant Brandon Diaz during the Top 24 solo performances and surprised us all when he perfectly belted out “Hello”
“Why wait for duets night? Come down here!” Ryan told Lionel before the famed singer started serenading the crowd with his hit song “Hello.”
Before the chorus, Lionel then cued up our very own Seacrest.
“Hit it, Ryan,” Lionel said.
“Hellooo,” Ryan beautifully sang. “Is it me you’re looking for.”
To make it even better, judges Luke Bryan and Katy Perry shared a slow dance together.
