5 Seconds of Summer stopped by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s Seacrest Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, and bonded with patients during a campfire-style Q&A. Due to a water break, the band was hosted at the Scottish Rite campus.
Instead of a traditional studio visit, the band — Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin and Michael Clifford — answered questions from the patient and got to know their fans.
Drummer Ashton Irwin asked if there were any writers in the room and encouraged them to always express themselves through creative arts. He stressed that anything can happen and no dream is too big.
The band then took photos with patients and signed memorabilia.
