Meghan Markle stepped out for the first time in public with Queen Elizabeth II on Monday, March 12. The former Suits actress, who was joined by her fiancé Prince Harry, looked chic in a navy dress, white coat and matching white hat. She accessorized with navy pumps almost identical to future sister-in-law Kate Middleton’s.
Duchess Kate, who is pregnant with her third child, and Prince William were also in attendance at the Commonwealth Day event in London. The outing was to celebrate the Commonwealth Day Observance Service, which serves as the largest annual interfaith gathering in the U.K.
Queen Elizabeth, 91, looked regal in a maroon coat and matching hat which was adorned with flowers.
The day also brought out former One Direction singer Liam Payne who performed a rendition of John Mayer’s “Waiting on the World to Change” for the royal occasion.
