Kourtney Kardashian is making headlines for revealing that she weighs just 36 pounds more than her 8-year-old son, Mason.
In a Keeping Up With the Kardashians scene, Kourtney, Khloé Kardashian and friend Simon Gebrelul are hanging out in Khloé’s kitchen when Kourtney details going on a run that was so hot she was scared she was going to melt.
Khloé then tells Simon: “You know she’s 97 [pounds]?”
“Guess what? I gained a pound. I’m 98 [pounds],” Kourtney interjects, adding: “You know Mason is 62 [pounds]?”
Kourtney, who shares Mason, 8, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 3, with ex Scott Disick, documents her weight loss journey via her app and the reality show. The eldest Kardashian sister regularly works out with Khloé and their trainer in Khloé’s garage. She’s also shared before that she follows a strict dairy and gluten-free diet.
“I kept battling with myself back and forth — like, why am I doing this diet? I have always felt fine before when eating dairy and gluten, but I do believe that we have one life to live and I would like to live it feeling my best,” she previously said of her dietary decisions. “I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children when we stick to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. I don’t think everyone needs to eat this way but we had muscle testing done, which showed we all have sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy.”
She also sticks to healthy habits, including drinking a glass of water mixed with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar which helps promote weight loss and has been shown to reduce blood pressure levels and help improve heart health.
