Ed Sheeran has hinted at where he is headed with the follow-up to his massive last album Divide and it’s probably not what you expect.
He tells UK paper The Times: "My plan is a low-fi album that will be my most lowest-selling, but most loved."
He’s drawing inspiration from Bruce Springsteen’s darkest album 1982’s Nebraska, which his friend Game of Thrones' Kit Harington first played for him.
As far as a time table, Ed won’t commit, adding "It could be out next year, it could take four."
