Midway through the 2017 iHeartCountry Festival, A Music Experience By AT&T, at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas on Saturday, Kelsea Ballerini stepped out in a star-spangled romper and kept the crowd on their feet with her opening performance of "Yeah Boy."
Ballerini quickly segued into "Dibs" during which she traveled the stage for a flirty delivery, but later stood center stage for some "girl time" during her emotional performance of "Peter Pan" that lit the arena with mobile flashlights from fans. The latter track, from 2015's The First Time, peaked at No. 1 and made her the first country artist to hit the top of the charts with her first three consecutive singles from a debut album.
She wrapped up her powerhouse set with "Love Me Like You Mean It" and danced on stage to the electrifying guitar and drum arrangements from her live band.
iHeartCountry, a music experience presented by AT&T, locked down country music heavyweights Jason Aldean, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum, and others to perform the main stage. The show was hyped with a Daytime Village pre-show featuring Lindsay Ell, Kane Brown, Tucker Beathard, Chris Janson, Jon Pardi, and Kip Moore.
You can re-live the iHeartCountry Festival during the special TV broadcast on May 19 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Audience via DIRECTV channel 239, DIRECTV NOW, or U-verse channel 1114.
