Your stalking days are over: A new mobile app called Sneak is expected to launch this Monday to help Instagram users know who is viewing their profile.
The third-party app, which was developed by the Silicon Valley-based startup Skai, simply requires users to log in and "allow access" for Sneak to track activity on their profile. The free app logs profile views in real time, and the ad-free version will give Instagram users information on which photos and/or videos ghost followers are eyeing for an additional $2.99.
"A lot of Instagram users wonder who is viewing their profile. Is it an ex? Is it an estranged friend? Mom? Dad? Maybe it's a potential employer," Oscar Campbell Dudash, CEO of Sneak, said in a press release. "By allowing our app to collect this data for users, we believe it will help people better understand their audience and strategize content creation accordingly."
Sneak is available for iOS and Android users here.
