DJ Khaled Introduces Ed Sheeran's #iHeartAwards Performance With His Baby Boy

They don't want you to bring your 4-month-old son to iHeartRadio Music Awards, so DJ Khaled brought his 4-month-old son Asahd Tuck Khaled to iHeartRadio Music Awards.

To help him present Ed Sheeran's nine-minute medley of "Shape of You" and "Castle on the Hill," the heavyweight music producer brought his little boy on stage to assist him with the introduction. During Khaled's speech, he applauded the British singer for his party stamina and work ethics: "After the club, we go to the studio. Now this man goes hard! He also got the pathway of more success in him because he got two hit singles in the Top 10 at the same damn time."

Khaled and his longtime fiancé Nicole Tuck welcomed their first son together on October 23, 2016. Naturally, he documented the entire birth process on Snapchat. Last May, he exclusively told People: "I’ve always wanted kids. This is my first kid and I’m excited and I want more. I’ve always wanted to be a family man. I’m in a great family and I want to have my own family at the same time.”

The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards broadcast live from the Forum in Inglewood, California on Sunday (March 5). The ceremony, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, also saw performances by Sheeran Bruno Mars, Big Sean, Shawn Mendes, Noah Cyrus, show opener Katy Perry, and others.
