After championing the Top 40 charts with his smash singles like "Chains" and "Jealous," Nick Jonas will now attempt to take the fashion world by storm with his shoe collection 1410, a collaboration with versatile sneaker company Creative Recreation.
The name "1410" corresponds with the letters of the alphabet, with "14" representing "N" and "10" representing"J" -- his initials. The collection came into fruition after Jonas' longtime partnership with Creative Recreation at various events, which ultimately resulted in a conversation about creating his own unisex collection.
"They let me get really creative and create this line," Jonas told On Air with Ryan Seacrest over the phone on Friday. "It's for everybody. I really wanted to create something that kind of didn't have any limitations that men and women could both wear, all different walks of life, who could feel comfortable walking in and wearing."
The singer will debut the collection at The Grove's Nordstrom in West Hollywood this Saturday (February 11) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. PT.
