Here's Why You Shouldn't Take Long, Hot Showers

Do you love a long hot shower? They might not be a great idea. Ryan Seacrest shared in today's hack that sadly long hot showers aren't the best idea.

Why?

Hot water removes natural oils and healthy bacteria from your skin and can trigger skin conditions like acne and eczema.

Instead, take a cold one.

Cold showers increase endorphins, boost metabolism, strengthen immunity, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, fight depression, and lessen aches & pains.
