Ryan Seacrest's morning hack had to do with what you're wearing to bed that can actually be bringing in dangerous bacteria to your sheets and blankets and you could be sleeping in it, nightly!
Here's what you need to take off before bed every night:

70% of people who wear socks to bed don't bother putting on clean ones. When you use these same socks to bed, you are bringing in all the germs and bacteria that it collected on the floors in your home. Research shows about half of them contain a bacteria commonly found in.... ROACH FECES... that causes infections in humans!
