Did you know that by just adding a third one of these to your everyday schedule can significantly improve your well-being?

Ryan Seacrest shared the one thing you should probably add to the two things you probably already have. What is it that you should have a third of?


Your first place is usually home. Second is work or school. Your third place can be anywhere else. A coffee shop, gym, church, a community center, a special interest class, park... anywhere you can visit frequently where no one is forcing you to go. This helps you build an identity outside of work or home. You can enjoy personal activities with others that may share similar interests.
