TOMATO - Some think it is a vegetable but it is considered a fruit because it contains seeds. Honorable mentions that followed a tomato's nutritional value were lemons and oranges.
The most nutritious vegetable is:
WATERCRESS - Honorable mentions are spinach and kale.
