Kelly Clarkson is ready to take over Sin City! The "mine" singer chatted with Ryan Seacrest on-air today to talk about the preparations she's making ahead of her Las Vegas residency at the Bakkt Theater in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for her latest album Chemistry which dropped on June 23, 2023.
Her album release was a vulnerable, relatable record about her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock and the journey of their relationship from the good and bad, and she told Seacrest how she gets stopped whenever she's out running errands or shopping by people to tell her they can relate to the music, despite the sad meaning behind it.
Clarkson also dished on her upcoming residency in Vegas and what songs she's playing, and what fans can expect.
"I'm playing all the ones that people are generally stoked to hear," Kelly told Seacrest about her setlist. However, if fans are attending multiple shows or hoping to hear a specific song, you may get a mix to change it up from set to set. "Every show is different... I have to switch it out."
