Longevity Expert Says Eating These Foods Makes You Biologically Younger

Longevity expert Dr. Mark Hyman says he is biologically 20 years younger because of the foods he eats. Ryan Seacrest shared in today's hack the foods are easily incorporated into your own diet.

Dr. Hyman swears by these five foods to age well, live longer, and reduce the risk of disease. He is 63, but says he is biologically 20 years younger thanks to his daily routine and eating habits of:

- OLIVE OIL

- CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES (Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Kale and Broccoli)

- NUTS (Especially cashews, almonds & walnuts)
