The pop culture website PopCrush closely tracks everything in music and culture over the calendar year and they’ve just named their favorite albums of 2019.
Several worthy projects made their list from big names like Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande and smaller artists like Broods and Maggie Rogers, but the album that tops their list was Taylor Swift’s Lover.
They describe the best selling LP as including some of Taylor’s best work yet with lyrical production that’s finally consistent with her age and talent, and that Lover is simply an undeniable delight.
