Former New England Patriot and Arizona Wildcat Rob Gronkowski was one of the most popular NFL players before retiring in August, primarily for two reasons.
First and foremost, he was a stud tight end winning 3 Super Bowl rings, playing in 5 Pro Bowls and smashing tons of records. But second, the guy knows how to party and not let it get in the way of his performance.
So it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that Rob will become the first NFL star to get his own music festival and considering his track record of excellence, it’s also not shocking the lineup is totally legit.
Gronk Beach goes down in Miami Beach on the eve of Super Bowl LIV featuring Diplo, Kaskade, Rick Ross, Flo Rida and more.
And for any Pats fans holding out hope Rob will play again, he tells Billboard: "I'm retired, for sure unless they allow me to show up a little late for the game because I'm coming from this party."
Gronk Beach will run from 1 to 7 p.m. February 1 at the North Beach Bandshell and Beach, for more info go to www.gronkbeach.com.
