We are exactly two months away from kissing this decade goodbye and when we look back at what defined this 10-year run musically, you certainly have to start the conversation with Taylor Swift, which is why the American Music Awards has understandably decided to honor her as their Artist of the Decade.
Taylor has won more AMAs than any other performer in this era and more than any other woman ever, while simultaneously dominating the charts and penning songs that define the decade from "Shake It Off" to "Style" to "Lover" to "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and the list goes on.
She will take the AMAs stage to perform a medley of her biggest hits from the past decade and if Taylor wins two of the five awards she’s up for, bringing her total to 25, she will become the biggest AMAs winner in history, passing Michael Jackson.
The AMAs air on ABC at 8/7c on November 24th.
