Camila Cabello Makes Finding True Love Seem So 'Easy' In New Single

Camila Cabello makes falling in love feel so easy with her newest single.

At the stroke of midnight (October 11), the songstress released a new record titled ā€œEasy,ā€ an open-hearted ballad about experiencing true love for the first time from a significant other. The cut opens with a moment of truth from Cabelloā€™s beloved, who, despite her personal insecurities, thinks sheā€™s perfect just the way she is.

ā€œYou really, really know me/ The future and the old me/ All of the mazes and the madness in my mind,ā€ Cabello serenades her sweetheart as the tune approaches the touching chorus: ā€œAlways thought I was hard to love/ ā€™Til you made it seem so easy.ā€

As any Camilizer will tell you, ā€œEasyā€ sounds to be about her boyfriend Shawn Mendes. Cabello confessed as much about having written songs about the ā€œLost in Japanā€ crooner on her new album during an interview on the British talk show Lorraine this week. "Iā€™m so happy. Iā€™ve known him for such a long time and I donā€™t know, he just feels like home to me," she said of her BF during the interview. (FYI: "Shawmila" officially became a thing this summer after the stars debuted their latest collaboration ā€œSeƱorita.ā€)

ā€œEasyā€ is the fourth track to be released from the songbirdā€™s forthcoming sophomore effort, Romance, after ā€œCry for Me,ā€ ā€œShameless,ā€ and ā€œLiar.ā€

In related news, Cabello has been billed to perform at theĀ 2019 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour presented by Capital One, kicking off on December 1 in Tampa, Florida, and will continue across the US throughout December including Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Atlanta, and Miami.
