Sisanie's Easy, WW-Approved Pizza Recipe

Yum! It’s officially the weekend and practically summer now which calls for making pizza at home! Check out Sisanie’s go-to WW-approved margarita pizza recipe in the latest Off-Air With Sisanie episode above.

The recipe is so easy to make and doesn’t take much time at all. All you need is one flat pizza crust, tomatoes, shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, garlic, basil and dried oregano.

And the best part?

It’s only 3 points on Weight Watchers!

1 flatbread pizza crust

plum tomatoes — 2 medium, thinly sliced

garlic cloves — 1 medium, minced

shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese — 1 cup

basil — 2 Tbsp, fresh leaves, thinly sliced

dried oregano — ½ tsp

cooking spray — 1 spray


Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Place crust on baking sheet and bake 2 minutes.

Remove from oven and arrange tomatoes on crust and sprinkle with garlic. Top evenly with mozzarella, basil, and oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, about 4 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges.

Serving size: ¼ of pizza
