Ed Sheeran May Soon Have the Most Successful Tour of All Time

News came late last week that Ed Sheeran’s next album No. 6 Collaborations Project is coming in July, but he didn’t spend the weekend celebrating or promoting – he spent it on stage.

With three nights in a row in Lyon, France on his tour that just might become the biggest of all time. The numbers just came in for April and Ed owned the top tour of the month grossing over $31 million.

What’s even more impressive is that pushes Ed’s overall take has now passed $600 million, making it only the second tour ever to do so.

According to Billboard, if Ed can earn just over $3 million a show for the final leg that he’s now on in Europe he will pass U2 for the biggest tour of all time.

And since he averaged $4.8 million the last time he bounced in Europe, it’s all but a done deal.

Ed’s new song "Cross Me" with Chance the Rapper and PnB Rock is out now.
