When you think about it…boarding an airplane from front to back just doesn’t make sense.
United Airlines will completely change the way passengers board later this month. Starting today, passengers flying economy who have been assigned window seats will board first.
Here's the breakdown:
- ALL window seat passengers will board the plane first, followed by passengers with middle seats, and then passengers with aisle seats.
- This will cut down on the amount of times people already seated have to stand in the aisle to let another person sit down.They say it shaves off two minutes.
- Families WILL be allowed to board together.
Will aisle people be annoyed that all the overhead bin space is gone?
