It’s natural to put “YOUR COLLEGE NAME 2019-2023," but people make ageist assumptions when they see that.
Employers might assume you lack experience or you're too new if you recently graduated. If your graduation year was too long ago, they may think the opposite.
The point is... they don't need to know!
