Who Should Clean Up After Kids on a Plane? Viral Tweet Has Internet Mad

Whose responsibility is it to clean up on an airplane? The question has gone viral after Jessie James Decker's sister Sydney's husband, Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Anthony Bass, tweeted he was upset after a United airlines passenger made his pregnant wife pick up their kids' popcorn spill.

"The flight attendant @united just made my 22 week pregnant wife traveling with a 5 year old and 2 year old get on her hands and knees to pick up the popcorn mess by my youngest daughter. Are you kidding me?!?!" Bass tweeted on April 16, alongside a photo of his children sitting in seats with popcorn on the floor beneath them.

The tweet didn't go over so well with the internet.

"As someone who has definitely traveled with two small kiddos cross country by myself before… the rule is clean up after your own gremlins," one comment with over 9,000 likes said. While another added: "UMMMM 22 weeks? Get over yourself. Pregnant women lift weights, run corporations, work in fields and take care of a lot of things. That small mess shouldn’t be an issue. Take like 2 mins. Unless of course we’re raising our kids to be entitled and we expect everyone to wait on us."
