Your Baby Will Sleep Better at Night If You Do This Before Bed

Every parent can relate that there is no such thing as too many sleep tips. If you've been in a pickle at night with a baby that won't go back to sleep or calm down, scientists in Japan say they’ve found the secret to success:

· HOLD THE BABY WHILE WALKING FOR 5 MINUTES (NO SUDDEN STOPS OR TURNS)

· HOLD THE BABY WHILE SITTING FOR 8 MINUTES

· BACK TO THE CRIB

The walking slows their heart rate and the sitting puts them into a deep sleep. Listen back for more:
