There's still time to squeeze in a little vacay before summer officially ends! While a lot of schools are now back in session, there's still an opportunity to take a "micro-cation" this Labor Day weekend.
Sisanie shared on-air this summer's biggest trend was little “micro-cations." More than 50% of Americans opted for these mini-vacays instead of a full-blown vacation. By definition, a "micro-cation" is a leisure trip at least 100 miles away from home that's four nights or fewer in duration.
So how can you plan a staycation? Think of a fun road trip, a getaway to the mountains or to the beach or even just renting an Airbnb in a nearby town you've been wanting to explore.
