If you've been on social media lately, you've likely come across people dubbing their days either a "no bones" or "bones" day after TikToker Jonathan Graziano went viral for sharing his 13-year-old pug Noodle's morning mood.
Every day, @JonGraz on TikTok wakes up Noodle in his bed, props him up and sees if Noodle is sitting up today or not. If Noodle stays seated, it’s a bones day, if he plops right back down, it’s a no bones day.
The trend has become a daily Groundhog Day: If it's a “bones day,” we are destined to have a good day, and if it is “no bones" day, we should have a self-care day and do less.
