The Full House spinoff Fuller House’s final season recently hit Netflix and while a large chunk of the cast from the original show either starred or made cameos, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, who together played the youngest daughter Michelle Tanner in the original, never made a single appearance.
And while some fans assumed the cast was really hoping the twins would show up for a scene or two, star Candace Cameron Bure says that wasn’t the case.
“There was no part of me that was wanting that," she told Us Weekly. "They made it clear [they weren’t interested] in the early seasons. I do love that there is quite a funny line in the second to last episode that addresses it. It’s, of course, all in fun. Everyone respects their decision and where they are in their lives now. But it’s still fun to kind of throw it out there!”
