The late Beatles guitarist George Harrison was known for being an incredibly caring and sensitive humanitarian during his life.
So it should come as no surprise that his foundation is doing things in that spirit during this time of global need.
George’s The Material World Foundation has donated $500K to MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund, Save the Children and Doctors without Borders.
And his foundation guided by his son Dhani Harrison has also launched a challenge that you can get involved with yourself.
The Inner Light Challenge asks anybody willing to shoot a video singing any part of the Beatle’s song "Inner Light," which was penned by George, then post it with along with the hashtag #InnerLight2020.
George’s Foundation will donate $1 for every post up to $100,000 to those impacted by the coronavirus.
So if you have some musical chops or a little bravery, share a video and help out those in need.
