Over the course of her career Drew Barrymore has seamlessly transitioned from child star to leading lady to director to executive producer to TV talent show judge, but she will be adding one more job title to the resume, talk show host.
Drew will join the likes of Kelly Clarkson and Ellen DeGeneres with her own daytime show on CBS.
She nearly signed a deal back in 2016 with Warner Brothers to develop a talk show, but it fell through. So Drew has long had her eyes on this arena.
She says she’s honored, thrilled, and looks forward to the challenge.
Look for Drew Barrymore’s as-of-now untitled talk show in the fall of 2020.
