Charli XCX closed out her last EP 2017’s Pop 2 with a song simply called "Track 10," which was arguably more of a sketch than a fully realized song.
And she’s beginning her new era with essentially the exact same tune, but entirely fleshed out and with a friend helping her with the final polish.
It’s now called "Blame It on Your Love" and features Lizzo.
In early January, Charli posted her two New Year’s Resolutions:
1. Make an album.
2. Release it so more music is likely to come soon.
