Taylor Swift is entering a new chapter of her career, which may signal a change in her music as well.
She has just inked a new record deal with Universal Music Group and it should come as no surprise that she is changing the rules for artists with the signing.
Taylor will own her master recordings as part of the deal and has even convinced the label to share more of the money they make from selling streaming rights of songs back to the artists who made them.

Rumor is the first album of this deal will arrive in 2019.
