I shared earlier that I've recently become obsessed with crockpot shredded chicken and I came across another recipe on IG I'm going to try next: keto BBQ chicken lettuce cups!
The recipe is so easy and looks delish.

Hawaiian barbecue sauce (1/2 bottle for every 2 chicken breasts)
2 chicken breasts
Slow cook on high for four hours (or low for 8) and then shred it in the slow cooker and use the chicken to stop up the caramelized BBQ off the bottom.
Iceberg, butter lettuce or Romaine as your "cup" and then top it off with anything from avocado to tomatoes to red onion!
Then drizzle with ranch.
