Jonah Hill has been on this incredible weight-loss journey! He's been doing it the healthy way, diet and exercise. He's worked with a nutritionist, trainer and even got tips for Channing Tatum!
But, one thing he credits it to is Jiu Jitsu, but here's the interesting part! He said, "In high school the dudes did Jiu Jitzu used to beat the sh*t out of us at parties so it turned me off to it as an idea growing up. At 35, I try to get over the stuff that made me feel weak and insecure as a teenager."
It got me thinking, what's something that you had to get over from your childhood? For me, I use to be really insecure about the fact I was Serbian. My last name was always different, I didn't do things like any of the other kids. Now it's turned into something that I'm SO proud of. But, in grade school I was the girl with the smelly food!
