Sounds like Cash Warren has absolutely nothing to worry about when Jessica Alba has to film love scenes with other men for a movie or TV show. Because Jessica just called the whole thing "disgusting" and it's a conversation that will make you LOL.
The couple, who has been married for 11 years and have three kids together, son Hayes Alba, 1½, and daughters Haven Garner, 7½, and Honor Marie, 11 next month, talked on the The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast. While Jessica said its nice having someone like Cash who understands the business and isn't threatened when she has to film love scenes, she also said she thinks they're 'disgusting.'
“What’s nice about having a partner who understands the business… is that he understands what it takes to do it. I’m working 16 hours a day, it’s not glamorous, it’s pretty intense.”
But for Cash, he has a hard time understanding how that isn't fun for his wife!
“The one part of the business I don’t fully understand is that there’s no way hooking up with someone else is not fun... She’s always like, ‘Oh there’s so many people around, the director’s there.’ But you’re still having fun, that dude’s a stud… there’s no way you’re not gonna enjoy hooking up with him.”
But for Jess, that is NOT what's going through her mind at all. She makes the point that she really doesn't know these costars well before being thrown into a hot and heavy love scene with them:
"I guess that’s the difference between me and you. It’s disgusting most of the time because [costars] are usually a stranger."
She explained further:
“When you’re choosing to want to be with someone in that way, it’s very intimate... You’re breathing on someone, it’s all there, you’re smelling the skin… You want to choose who you’re doing that with, and you gotta really pretend.”
Man, who ever realized acting out love scenes could actually be so... not fun. But I totally get it! Love this couple!
