Have you ever felt pressure to keep up with the latest hair trends? Sisanie recently told the John Frieda Hair Care Team about her first experience with a stylist in LA.
“You’ve seen a dreamcatcher before, right?” she asked. “I basically put a dreamcatcher in my hair.”
Sisanie explained she had just moved to LA and was eager to achieve a ‘Hollywood’ look.
“I was trying to be bold and try different looks,” she admitted. “I’m in LA now, that’s what you do here.”
According to her new stylist, the top Hollywood hair trend in 2007 was feathers. Sisanie’s response? “OK! Feather me up!”
While Sisanie loved the hanging feathers and rocked the look for several months, eventually the fad passed.
“I’m pretty sure I was the only person in LA that had feathers,” Sisanie reflected. “I don’t even think it was a trend.”
