It's that time of year again... pumpkin patch season! Here are some of the most famous pumpkin patches you can visit in SoCal this year:

  • Tanaka Farms in Irvine: Known for festive activities like wagon rides ($6) and a petting zoo. Just note that this themed patch gets very busy, so parking reservations are required in advance on weekends ($10).
  • Mr Bones Pumpkin Patch in Culver City: Probably the most famous in the LA area, it is known for its rows of pumpkins, petting zoo, and pumpkin house. Swing by on weekday afternoons, if you can, for $5 admission, otherwise you’ll have to pay an increasing entry fee during each weekend and on Friday nights.
  • Tapia Brothers Farms in Van Nuys: Complete with an epic corn maze and a fresh farmers market, this one is worth stopping by. There is a $3 entry fee for picking pumpkins and enjoying other attractions, but the corn maze will cost $10 entry and is closed on Mondays.
